REMEDIAL COACHING

      Remedial coaching is a part and parcel of the college's academic culture. Our college faces a major challenge of motivating and integrating the first generation learners into the academic environment and remedial coaching is being practiced in the campus to meet this challenge and help students who have difficulty in catching up on regular classroom proceedings.
Remedial coaching has been designed to assist the students to attain expected competencies in academics. It also provides opportunities to rectify the disparities existing in the realm of learning capacities at individual level. The classes are usually taken after regular working hours and the performance of the students before and after the remedial classes are monitored and result based innovative strategies are adopted by the teachers. Remedial coaching has helped our students accelerate their pace of achieving academic progress and also in raising the competency of the socially backward students.
