Lecture on "First Aid-Principles and Management"

As part of the activities of the Health Club of our college a lecture on "First Aid-Principles and Management" by Dr Girish Gopalakrishnan (Head, Department of Physical Education, SNCW, Kollam) was conducted at the Seminar Hall on 18/12 /2018. The programme started with an invocation by the Music Department students. Smt.Parvathy Ramachandran (Assistant Professor, Department of English) welcomed the guests and audience. Dr Nisha J Tharayil (Principal in Charge) delivered the presidential address. The thrust areas of the talk included First Aid and its principles, cardio pulmonary resuscitation etc. The PowerPoint presentation was really interesting and after that there was an interactive session with the members of the club. The session ended with a vote of thanks by Smt Jayalekshmi.S (Assistant Professor, Department of English).
